Host it somewhere that runs itself.
Event and conference rooms bookable by the hour or the day in hundreds of professionally managed centers. Seating layout, AV, WiFi, catering access and staff on the floor come with the room — not as a separate vendor list.

Event formats
Start with what you’re hosting.
The format decides the seating, the AV and the headcount all at once — so it’s the first thing the center asks and the first thing to pick here.
Workshops & offsites
10–40 guests
From $66
/hr
A U-shape or a few round tables, a screen and wall space to stick things on. The format for a training day, a strategy offsite or a client workshop that has to end in decisions.
Launches & client events
41–100 guests
From $45
/hr
Standing room, bar-height tables and a projector for the demo, with catering ordered through the center. You book a room and an evening instead of assembling three vendors.
Conferences & all-hands
101+ guests
From $50
/hr
Theater rows, a stage end, a sound system and breakout rooms down the hall. Quoted as one event with the layout, the staffing and the AV agreed before the day.
Event spaces near you
Booked as an event, not just a room.
Finding a hall is the easy part. What sinks an event is the projector nobody tested, chairs that turn up in the wrong arrangement and a caterer who cannot get through the loading door. Every center here sets the room to your layout before you arrive, tests the AV with you and keeps someone on the floor while it runs — at a fraction of what a hotel charges for the same hundred seats.
One afternoon, no venue contract.
Conventional venues want a deposit, a signed contract and a food-and-beverage minimum you have to guess at six weeks out. Here you book the hours you need at a published rate, add catering only if you want it, and pay for the room rather than a bar tab you are on the hook for. Cancel inside the window and it costs nothing.
Benefits
The room is the easy part. This is the rest of it.
Set To Your Layout
Theater rows, a U-shape, rounds or standing room — you say which, and the room is arranged that way before your first guest arrives. Changing it mid-event is a conversation, not a crisis.
AV That Was Tested First
Screen, projector, sound and the cable your laptop actually needs, checked with you in the room beforehand. Nobody spends the first ten minutes of your event crouched behind a lectern.
Someone On The Floor
Center staff greet arrivals, point people to the room and are reachable while the event runs. You get to host your event instead of running the building during it.
Food Without A Third Vendor
Coffee, breakfast, lunch and drinks reception ordered through the center and delivered to the room on your schedule. One booking, one contact, one invoice.
Rooms For The Breakouts
Book smaller rooms in the same building by the hour for workshops, one-to-ones or a quiet corner for the speakers. Your main room does not have to do every job.
Hundreds Of Locations
Central addresses with transit and parking nearby, across the US and internationally — so the venue is not the reason half your invite list stays home.

Event space features
Here’s what you can expect from Alliance.
Published Hourly Rates
What the room costs per hour is on the listing, with the minimum booking stated up front. No minimum spend, no per-head guarantee and no quote you have to chase for a week.
Book Days, Not Quarters, Ahead
Smaller rooms confirm instantly and larger halls usually come back within a couple of hours. Lead times are days, so an event can survive a date change.
Hybrid Attendance Built In
Cameras, room mics and the bandwidth to stream to the people who could not travel, so remote attendees hear the room instead of the ceiling.
Check-In At Reception
A staffed lobby handles your guest list, badges and late arrivals, with a table near the door for registration. Your attendees are met by a person, not a corridor.
Signage And Wayfinding
Your event named in the lobby and on the floor directory, plus directions sent to attendees with the transit and parking detail already filled in.
Move The Date If Plans Change
Give the center at least 48 hours and a booking can be cancelled for a $25 fee, or moved for free if the room is open — rather than forfeiting a whole venue deposit because a keynote speaker changed their flight.
Common questions
Event space FAQs
An event space is a large, configurable room inside a professionally managed business center, rented by the hour or the day for gatherings that are too big for a meeting room — launches, conferences, workshops, all-hands, receptions and networking evenings. Unlike a bare hall, it comes with the seating arranged to your plan, presentation AV, business-grade WiFi, catering you can order through the center and staff in the building while your event runs.
