As someone who has run a small business before, I know how hard it is to stay on top of everything when your phone never stops ringing. We give business owners the ability to handle business and not miss a beat.

Thrives on

Making every interaction feel personal. LaCora strives to represent each client's business as if she were a direct employee — blending professionalism with genuine warmth. As a former small business owner herself, she understands what's at stake when the phone rings.

Best achievement

Earning real-time praise from the clients she answers for. A CPA told her she was amazing and incredibly helpful. A new client tested her line and said she loved LaCora's voice so much, she was happy she signed up and plans to keep the service.

After hours

An arts-and-crafts-loving mom who lives by her three C's — cooking, crafting, and coddling. Big fan of the jacuzzi. Dream vacation: a hobbit-home Airbnb near a hot spring.

Talia Washington

Notary

Joined Alliance 2025

Hearing a friendly voice is a great introduction for a client to a company. We also help by de-escalating situations – if a caller is upset, it is our job to let them know that their message is important and will be sent with urgent notice.

Thrives on

Bringing hospitality-level warmth to every call. With a background in hotel guest services, Talia makes it her mission to ensure every caller feels heard, understood, and prioritized — no matter the circumstances.

Best achievement

Being recognized by both callers and Alliance clients for her phone etiquette and positive energy. She's especially proud of the calls she handles for assisted living companies, knowing she's helping people connect with someone who can assist them.

After hours

Spending time with her cat, practicing henna art, yoga, walking the park — and shopping, her true favorite. She loves the beach whenever she can get there.

Having a live receptionist helps business owners focus on other aspects of their business while we take care of the calls and help the callers in our own special way.

Thrives on

Connecting with all kinds of people and making each caller feel like they reached the company directly. Before Alliance, Deanna worked as a daycare teacher — so patience, attentiveness, and making people feel cared for come naturally.

Best achievement

Mastering the art of representing each client's business as her own. Deanna zeroes in on what every caller needs and builds rapport quickly, keeping interactions warm and productive.

After hours

Hanging out with her dog and boyfriend, playing video games, and getting outdoors for nature walks and mild hiking.

I focus on representing our clients by earning the caller's trust through pristine service, delivered with a warm, friendly tone even in stressful moments. That's what lets our clients focus on growing their business while we create a great first impression for every caller.

Thrives on

Talking to a variety of people every day. You never know who you'll get next, and she especially enjoys calls with law firms and their clients. With a background at a DME supplier, Bethzara brings a calm, listening ear to every call, especially for a frustrated caller who just needs someone to hear them out. When a call gets tough, she leans on feedback from her teammates to keep sharpening how she handles the next one.

Best achievement

Collaborating closely with clients so every caller gets a great experience. That care comes back around; an elderly caller once told her she was the only kind rep she'd spoken to that day and deserved five stars, after being hung up on elsewhere.

After hours

Karaoke, dancing, photography, fashion, and genealogy. Music runs in her family, so she's just carrying on the tradition. Her ideal getaway is a California beach with great food nearby.
